A team based role where opportunity to develop is taken seriously within the organisation. You will initially work in a support role with at least one senior advisor learning the systems and procedures required to become a successful advisor in your own right. Support will be given towards CeMap training as required.Insurance

You will have experience of Mortgage sales within a competitive market and at least one year’s proven track record of high achievement. The role will require the ability to motivate and drive an estate agency team to support you to hit your sales targets. You will be fully CeMap qualified and be willing to work long hours as required.

You will have demonstrated substantial sales over an extended period and be looking for the opportunity to develop others to your high standards. The role will be to develop a team of Mortgage and Protection Advisors and Trainee Advisors whilst also writing business yourself. We are looking for the right individual who is strong in all areas and a particularly strong motivator to act as a mentor in this challenging but well rewarded role.
